This cell salt was recommended by a friend to use with #11 for symptoms of the start of a cold. I've had a chance to try it out a couple of times for that, and I find the effects to be pretty fast and effective - it has a clearing and strengthening feel, like my body likes it when I take this.

I have been feeling great and the salts may be the reason why. It's probably too early to say if it's helping with osteoarthritic pain I have in several joints - I might just be having a good stretch. Time will tell. Jacksons Naturals are hands down the best tissue salts on the market. I like that they're only mixed with beet juice and they melt in your mouth. Other brands do not melt under the tongue or in water and are more chalky than Jacksons Naturals. .
